Hp Color Printer Only Prints Grayscale

Hp color printer only prints grayscale. When i go to print i can t find an option to change from grayscale to color. My officejet 4650 prints only in greyscale i cannot find anywhere to swith it to colour. The color options are available within the printing peferences dialog not under printer properties. The printer uses only the black ink cartridge to produce a black white print out. Anything printed from this computer only prints in grayscale. When you print in color you must turn off the grayscale setting in the printer properties options printer setup printer or preferences window. It worked before but it doesnot work but when i run test print from printer itself it works pefectly checked out hp doctor and it says it works fine.
